Wonky weather

Check out some of the pics I took a couple of weeks ago. I had no idea they would turn out so good. The best one, by far, is several pics down -- the lightning cutting through the rainbow! I couldn't believe I actually captured it! I'm not a fricken photographer! WTF?!?

I love crazy weather like this. It was an amazing afternoon, right off my deck. Hail, rainbows, strange cloud patterns, lightning, a fantastic sunset... too bad we only get storms like this once a year (if we're lucky!), here in Portland. That's the only thing I miss about the midwest...
